CONCRETE MUSIC COMPOSITION

PARTICLES (for vibraphone and live electronics
"Particles" is a composition for vibraphone and live electronics. The main effect is created using an on-set detector algorithm and the granular synthesis for freezing the attack of the hit on the keys. Then the way the percussionist plays change some parameters of the granular synthesis like grain density and pitch.
Vibraphonist: Christian Del Bianco
LIVE ELECTRONICS
